Wine tasting : discovering the wine culture

In the heart of Alsace,  on the famous wine road and near the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle,  the SIMMLER House opens its doors for an unprecedented discovery of the wine culture. Winegrowers since generations, Nicolas et Sylviane have taken the family business winery since 1996.

We invite you to taste  the Alsace wines producted from the 7 local grape varieties, as well as the wines of the appellation "late harvest" and "selection of noble grains".  Method of cultivation, vinification, bottling: you will become uncollable on the trade of the winegrower!

The production of the SIMMLER House is sold in Alsace, in France and internationally.

Accomodations on the wine estate

In the hearth of the estate,  accomodation in gîtes or guest rooms await you for a night, a week-end or a week's holiday in Alsace .

You can choose between the " bed and breakfast" formula, with breakfast included, served in the tasting cellar, or the " gîte" formula with fifted kitchen.
